      Term

        The Italy ("Sweepstakes") begins January 30, 2008 and ends July 15,2008. There will be available at 2 Sweepstakes Month.

          Who May Enter

          Sweepstakes is open only to MP's Gold or Platinum Member, who are age eighteen (18) or above at the time of entry. Employees of C.G.M. Society and its agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible. Limit one entry per person.

          How to Enter

            Become a Gold or Platinum Member and automatically join the extraction monthly. NO EXTRA PURCHASE IS NECESSARY AND A EXTRA PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

            One Grand Prize: A trip for two to Italy, Central Sicily. Grand Prize includes 18 days/17 nights of double-occupancy accommodations; some, but not all, meals; and select tours provided by our Operator of Central Sicily. Prize includes coach-class airfare from the nearest airport to your city to be determined 3 weeks before the start flying to Catania, Italy. Winner and his or her travel companion are responsible for getting to one of these departure cities.

            Travel package is subject to availability at the time of reservation; allow at least three weeks for processing. Travel must be completed within one year from the ending date of Sweepstakes. Some restrictions on travel times and/or dates may apply.

            Transportation includes ground transfers and excursions in Central Sicily.  Approximate Retail Value [ARV] of Grand Prize is $8.000.

              Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. I monthly winners will be two Gold or Platinum Members and will travel together. If a winner will bring with it other subjects is free to do so but it will all at his own expense, of course in this case should be a communication from the winner of the number of participants in terms due. Winner will be notified by your email.

              Right to Cancel or Suspend Contest

              If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, bugs, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (s) who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

                Conditions

                Entries void if illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through fraud or theft. Winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within 15 days of receipt of prize notification. Non compliance or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of another winner. Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending upon point of departure and other contingencies. Any difference between actual cost and ARV will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or comparable value. Travel package is subject to availability at the time of reservation; allow at least three weeks for processing. Travel must be completed within one year from the ending date of Sweepstakes. All applicable airport taxes and other official charges are payable by the winner prior to ticketing. Winner is also responsible for any income or other taxes that may apply. 
                 
                 By participating, contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
                 
                Grand Prize excludes tips, fees, taxes, and all other expenses unless specifically identified above. Actual travel dates subject to Sponsor discretion and other conditions outside of Sponsor control. Grand Prize winner and his/her companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation, like passport, visas, and any other trip permissions. By accepting the Grand Prize and taking the trip, Grand Prize winner and his/her guest each represent that they understand that travel contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss, or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, wild animals, or other agencies, known or unknown; and further recognize that medical facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the trip. To be a prize winner and partake of this trip, potential Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must be willing to accept the risk and to confirm their acceptance of such risk in writing at Sponsor request. Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless MP, Italy Tourism, and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.

                All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
